Originally from Chiayi in southern Taiwan, his creative career began as a drummer, co-founding Amazing Show and developing its visual identity. He later worked independently, produced a wide range of visual work for Taiwan’s indie music scene before joining JL Design, one of Taipei’s leading branding agencies. After relocating to London, he completed postgraduate studies in Computational Arts at Goldsmiths and then joined Pearlfisher, a global branding agency.
Moving between time zones, cultures, and mediums, Wei approaches his practice with curiosity and enthusiasm for his surroundings, continually seeking more compelling creative concepts and richer sensory aesthetics.
李威出身於南台灣的嘉義，他的創意生涯始於鼓手身份，共同創立美秀集團並打造其視覺形象。之後，他以獨立設計師的身份創作了許多台灣獨立音樂場景的視覺作品，隨後加入台北知名設計公司 JL Design。移居倫敦後，他完成了 Goldsmiths 計算藝術研究所的碩士學業，之後加入全球品牌機構 Pearlfisher。
在跨越不同時區、文化及媒材的過程中，李威以對周遭環境的好奇心與熱情來進行創作，不斷追求更具影響力的創意概念與感官美學。
